Troutie:Not Dead ...... Just Different
Call me irresponsible.......................
I haven’t been around much lately because I’ve discovered audiobooks and tapestry and I’ve been in bed most nights by 9pm.
I know. It’s not really what you’d expect from a girl like me. Well, I have my reasons; here’s how it happened…
1 night out at Belgo’s
Several litres of booze
0 condoms in the drawer
Two people who thought it was unlikely they could conceive two days after her period had finished.
Result = 1 baby expected in September
Over the short time I've been blogging I've come to live by two blogging rules.
1) To be honest about what's going on
2) To try to keep my blog lighthearted and cheerful
I hope you can forgive me for my long absence. Now the secret is out I shall try to blog more. For the time being though, I'm a bit peeky, so I hope you don't mind if I go back to bed with my tapestry?

ReplyDeleteHaving 2 x 20 month old toddlers I would strongly recommend spending as much time in bed as possible.... although that is of course what may have put you in your current situation. Congrats.

Slightly disturbed by the tapestry but preg-hormones make you do funny things so I will forgive you.

ReplyDeleteCongrats. Feeling a bit jealous of the 9pm bed times with audio books and tapestry, and then feeling a bit aghast at how much I like the sound of that sort of evening. x

ReplyDeleteCongrats! I know it's exhausting, but it's wonderful too. Good luck!
